Travel Required Up to 10% Clearance Required Ability to Obtain Secret Job Family Software Engineering (SWE) What You Will Do Evaluate processes, anticipate requirements, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions. Map business processes and uncover areas for improvement. Develop new visualizations and applications using Palantir tools and the Microsoft Power Apps Suite. Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Perform requirements analysis and document results. Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and management. Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure alignment. Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance. Update, implement, and maintain existing procedures and deliverables. Manage competing priorities and resources to meet deadlines. Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects. What You Will Need Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a DoD security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" clearance are preferred Bachelor's degree FIVE (5) or more years of professional experience in software design, development, quality testing, and/or information technology What Would Be Nice To Have An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Secret Federal or DoD security clearance Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field Eight (8) years of professional experience encompassing software design, development, and test & evaluation. Hands-on experience in database development, web page design, and computer-based training development. Proficiency in utilizing .NET tools and the .NET Integrated Development Environment, including ASP.NET, SQL Server 2000, and HTML editor tools. Demonstrated ability to apply programming concepts in both professional and academic settings. Significant experience implementing modern software development methodologies.
