No relocation We’re hiring a Python Developer to build and support applications that automate engineering workflows across U.S. and global teams. This is a hands-on role focused on development, support, and collaboration with stakeholders.This is a hybrid role (1–2 days remote/week) with strong potential to convert full-time.What you’ll do:• Develop Python applications to improve and automate processes• Gather and translate business/technical requirements• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable solutions• Troubleshoot and support application performance and stability• Create documentation (architecture, workflows, user guides)• Partner with cross-functional and global teamsWhat you need:• 3+ years of Python development experience• Strong problem-solving and communication skills• Experience with Git, code reviews, and testing• REST APIs, JSON/XML experience• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentNice to have:• AI/ML (LangChain or similar)• AWS, GCP, or OCI• CI/CD or DevOps experience• Database experience (Oracle, MySQL)• LLM tools (Cursor, Claude, local LLMs)
