They exhibit advanced technical skills to develop and implement applications within specified time frames, using appropriate tools. They utilize independent judgment to create technical solutions, interpret business requirements, and provide ongoing support and mentoring. They test and debug complex application systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards, documenting procedures and ensuring proper handoff to the testing team.
