Facilities Supervisor

The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the property. . A perfect candidate would have 2-3 years of facilities maintenance experience and be willing to work hands on with maintenance and housekeeping departments. * This position has a $1500 Sign On Bonus, and will be paid hourly pay $20.00 per hour* ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance and cleaning of the property Scheduling and supervising maintenance, ground, and custodial employees Training team members Enforce compliance with laws and regulations regarding safety, fire and health Inventory Control
