A highly regarded, full-service firm is seeking an experienced litigation associate to join its healthcare litigation practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. This opportunity is ideal for an entrepreneurial litigator who is looking to expand their practice within an established, collaborative, and multidisciplinary platform. The associate will join a highly decorated healthcare team in growth mode and play a meaningful role in all phases of medical malpractice litigation, including motion practice, discovery and depositions, expert witness development, trial, and appeal.
