Lead Installer

*Job Summary* Blindsource is looking for a positive, professional, and self-motivated Installer to install blinds, shades, and shutters in residential and commercial locations. Installers have their own vehicle and work directly with customers. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to work well with the team and customers. *Duties* * Install various window coverings (blinds, shades, shutters) * Understand all product technical requirements to ensure high quality and efficient installation of any product type and manufacturer. * Independently problem-solve any install issue. * Understand various products technical requirements to provide repair services for any product type, both in-field and in-office. * Ensure customers are satisfied and have a positive experience. * Communicate with customers in a respectful, patient, friendly way regarding timing of install, product function and maintenance, or any concerns, etc. to provide best possible customer service. * Coordinate with Office Manager & Office Support Team. * Communicate effectively regarding daily schedules, customer needs, parts, inventory, vehicles, etc. * Maintain Warehouse and Equipment * Load / unload freight and vans for daily installs *Job Requirements* * Must have a valid driver’s license. * Must be responsible, dependable, and on time. * Must be able to work well with customers. * Must be able to use basic power tools: drill, saw, etc. * Must be able to climb ladders and be comfortable with heights.
