Resolving customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations. Completing HACCP log on shift. Taking accurate inventories and receiving deliveries. Coaching and counseling your team to meet standards. Ensuring that OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security procedures are followed. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum of 1 year of restaurant or management experience. Preferably ServSafe Manager certified; if not, must be able to take and pass certification.
