Estimator - Heavy Civil Construction

Job Description :We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects such as roads, bridges, and utilities. The estimator will review project plans, gather pricing, and develop accurate bids to support winning contracts.Responsibilities:Analyze project plans and specificationsPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimatesCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricingWork with project managers and engineers to develop bidsMaintain estimating databases and documentationQualifications:Experience estimating heavy civil construction projects preferredProficiency in HCSS HeavyBid is highly preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsGood communication skills and team collaborationFor additional information on this opportunity, please contact Josh Vaughan directly at 605-846-8457.
