Entry Level International Logistics Coordinator
Key ResponsibilitiesAir Import Focus: Managing end-to-end air import shipments, including documentation, tracking, and coordinating with carriers, brokers, and warehouses.Shipment Lifecycle Management: Overseeing documentation (HAWB/MAWB, customs brokerage communication and documentation), booking, real-time monitoring, and final delivery.Export & Ocean Support: Assisting with export documentation (SLIs, AES filings) and FCL/LCL ocean shipments.Domestic Freight: Coordinating inland transportation and tracking to complete the supply chain, as domestic experience is highly valued.Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying and resolving delays or shipment exceptions.Quoting, pricing, billing, audit invoices.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), with proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting.Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for negotiating with vendors and coordinating with international partners across time zones.Organization: Highly detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple shipments simultaneously.Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of Incoterms, customs compliance, and general import/export procedures.Reliability: In-office position requiring dependable transportation to the West Town-United Center area.Powered by JazzHR
