Business Support Coordinator

Position Overview We are seeking a self-starter who is tech-savvy and highly organized to join our team as a CI Services Coordinator. This role involves driving marketing initiatives and managing operational tasks. The ideal candidate takes ownership of responsibilities and embraces technology to improve processes. Key Responsibilities Relationship Building, Marketing & Digital Presence Execute marketing outreach campaigns and build client relationships using existing and new marketing materials. Coordinate with internal branding and marketing resources to manage and update website content. Create and schedule social media posts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Business, and Instagram. Monitor engagement and analytics to optimize outreach efforts. Team Support: Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner and Installation Manager. May assist installers with software troubleshooting and support. Ensure smooth communication and coordination for field operations. Works closely with others on interdepartmental initiatives. Order Management: Enter and process service and storage orders accurately and promptly. Review and follow up on time tracking and hours worked against jobs. Prepares orders for invoicing when complete. Procurement: Order supplies and equipment as needed to support operations. Process Documentation: Document and maintain standard operating procedures. Ensure accurate record-keeping and information management. Qualifications Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital tools and platforms. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Business, and Instagram for marketing purposes.
