Medical Device Assembler

Job Title: Operator ILocation: Minnetonka, MNContract Duration: 12 months with possible extension.Pay rate: $18 - 19.25 Work Hours: 1st shift - 4:45 AM - 3:15 PM2nd shift Varies: 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM Start - Varies: 2:00 AM - 2:30 AM EndWe offer benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Description:This position is responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell. Working under close supervision, may perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies.Performs routine assignments according to specified and standardized procedures.Qualifications:Assembly experience in the manufacturing environment (Regulated industry).Can work with small parts and can use a microscope.Med Device experience is a plus.A high school degree or GED is required.Willing to work in a cleanroom environment.Can work with a microscope 50% of the day.Must have a 7th-grade reading and comprehension level.
