Sr. Performance Media Manager
We're looking for a strategic and data-driven performance marketing leader to help grow patient acquisition across paid digital channels like Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic. This person will own campaign performance from end to end - optimizing media spend, improving conversion rates, analyzing attribution and funnel performance, and driving qualified patient leads and revenue growth. The role is highly cross-functional, partnering with teams across analytics, CRM, SEO, CRO, creative, and operations, while also managing agency relationships. Ideal candidates should be strong in paid media analytics, conversion optimization, attribution, and turning complex data into clear business recommendations.
