This role provides strategic and technical leadership for cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure as the primary platform, with integration across AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).The position plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s future cloud landscape, ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives. The Cloud Infrastructure Manager will oversee cloud governance, security, and operational excellence, while managing a Cloud Architect and key infrastructure transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Strategy & ArchitectureDefine and execute the enterprise cloud infrastructure strategy aligned with business and IT prioritiesLead the design and architecture of scalable, resilient, and secure cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCPDrive adoption of cloud best practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated deployment modelsContribute to the development of cloud landing zones and enterprise architecture standardsPlatform Management & OperationsOversee administration and lifecycle management of cloud infrastructure platforms includingcompute, storage, networking, and container servicesEnsure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise cloud servicesManage monitoring, logging, and observability using tools such as Azure Monitor, Sentinel, and equivalent multi-cloud solutionsProvide technical oversight for issue resolution, incident management, and root cause analysisSecurity, Risk & ComplianceImplement and enforce cloud security frameworks including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and security policiesEnsure compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR and CMMCManage Azure security governance including Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Azure PolicyPartner withthe Corporate IT Cybersecurity team tomaintainstrong cyber security posture across all cloud environmentsCloud Migration & TransformationLead planning and execution of cloud migration initiatives, including tenant-to-tenant migrations and workloadmodernizationEstablish best practices for data and object migration strategiesSupport enterprise initiatives related to cloud adoption, digital transformation, and platformoptimizationFinancial Management & OptimizationDrive cost management strategies tooptimizecloudspendand improve financial accountabilityImplement governance processes for resourceutilizationand cost transparencyPartner ship & GuidanceWork with Business Unitengineeringand marketingteams responsible for cloud infrastructure delivery and operationsProvide direction and guidance on technical standards,prioritization, and project executionFoster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellenceProject & Vendor ManagementManage cloud and infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to business goalsApply structured projectand demandmanagement methodologiesManage relationships with technology vendors and service providersStakeholder EngagementCommunicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, security, and business unitsDevelop andmaintaindocumentation, policies, and standards for cloud governance and operationsQualifications & ExperienceEducation & CertificationsBS/BA degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Relevant certifications in:Microsoft Azure (preferred)AWS and/or GCP Solutions ArchitectureITIL or equivalent service management frameworksRequired ExperienceProven experience in cloud architecture, engineering, and operations across multi-cloud environmentsHands-onexpertisewith Microsoft Azure, including governance and security frameworksStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, and CloudFormationExperience managing cloud-based workloads including virtual machines, Kubernetes, storage, networking, and databasesDemonstrated experience in cloud migrations (including tenant-to-tenant scenarios)Strong background incloudidentity and access management and security best practicesExperience with monitoring, logging, and security tooling in cloud environmentsPreferred ExperienceExperience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Entra ID, Intune, and collaboration toolsFamiliarity with Copilot for Microsoft 365Experience in vendor management and contract oversightExperience developing enterprise cloud governance frameworks and documentationProven ability to lead teams and deliver complex infrastructureprogramsKey Skills & CompetenciesLeadership and people management skillsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesStrategic thinking with strong execution focusEffective communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDeep technicalexpertisein cloud infrastructure and securityStrong understanding of enterprise IT service managementAre you ready to join a different kind of company where our people, our culture, and our commitments are centered around providing trusted solutions that improve lives around the world?Total RewardsThe compensation range for this position is $127,200.00 - $190,800.00, depending on experience.
