Radiology - Neuroradiology Physician

Wake Forest University School of Medicine, located in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a full-time faculty member to join us in the Neuroradiology Section within the Department of Radiology.The Department of Radiology, Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, is seeking a full-time radiologist, interested in pursuing an academic career in Neuroradiology at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher. The candidate filling this position will demonstrate expertise and interest in Neuroradiology. This faculty position will include clinical duties, teaching, and academic research. Breakdown of duties will be dependent on the track the faculty member is hired. Clinical duties will include all aspects of diagnostic neuroradiology and head and neck radiology including, but not exclusive to CT, MRI, and myelography. Call responsibilities will be defined by staffing levels and will be assigned by the section chief. Teaching assignments include medical student, resident, fellow and other department trainees as appropriate.The section provides excellence in patient care in an environment that is collegial, attentive to needs and adaptable to change.
