Curriculum Developer

Robert Half is seeking a Contract Curriculum Developer with deep expertise in AI, AI fluency, and enterprise learning enablement to support the design and delivery of modern training programs. This fully remote contract role is ideal for a learning professional who can build scalable, practical, and engaging curriculum that helps employees and leaders adopt AI effectively in the flow of work.This role will focus on creating curriculum and training experiences that build foundational and intermediate AI capabilities across the organization, while driving adoption, confidence, and responsible use. This role can be fully remote with some travel required.Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Digital FluencyDevelop training content that builds understanding of generative AI tools and concepts, including Gemini, Copilot, large language models, and AI agentsTranslate AI concepts into practical business use cases across functions such as Recruiting, Compliance, and LearningCreate content around prompt engineering, workflow integration, and AI-enabled productivityIncorporate responsible AI principles, including bias awareness, hallucination risks, and data privacy considerationsInstructional Design & Content DevelopmentDesign curriculum pathways that support 100-level to 200-level learner progressionApply adult learning principles such as microlearning, experiential learning, and simulationsDevelop course modules, learner exercises, and knowledge checksCreate role-based training scenarios that make AI relevant and actionable for different audiencesFacilitation & Training DeliveryDeliver instructor-led training and facilitate interactive workshops for a variety of audiencesSupport executive and leadership enablement through tailored training sessionsLead large-group and small-group sessions, office hours, and practice labsFacilitate breakout discussions and hands-on exercisesSimplify technical AI concepts into practical, business-focused learning experiencesChange Management & Adoption EnablementHelp drive AI adoption across the enterprise through structured learning experiencesDesign reinforcement strategies such as office hours, labs, and advisory programsBuild leader capability to coach teams and reinforce new behaviorsDevelop adoption frameworks such as learn-apply-share models to improve engagement and sustainmentQualificationsProven experience as a Curriculum Developer, Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, or similar roleStrong expertise in AI fluency, generative AI tools, and AI-enabled workplace learningExperience designing curriculum for adult learners in corporate or enterprise environmentsDemonstrated success developing learning content from foundational to intermediate skill levelsStrong facilitation skills, including instructor-led training, workshops, and leadership sessionsAbility to connect technical AI concepts to real-world business applicationsExperience supporting organizational change, adoption, and learning reinforcement strategiesStrong program management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
