This role involves overseeing daily front desk operations, providing outstanding customer service, managing appointments and reservations, and fostering a welcoming environment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client satisfaction, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff.QualificationsProficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on creating a welcoming guest experienceStrong Receptionist Duties and Reservations management skills, including scheduling and managing appointmentsExceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team membersOrganizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with spa or salon settings is a plusProficiency in scheduling software or CRM systems is an advantage
