General Laborer

Driver / Laborer Location: Summerville, SC. Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (some flexibility with start times). Pay: $16$20/hour (based on experience; higher for plumbing experience). About the Role Bridges Staffing is seeking reliable Laborers with valid Driver's Licenses to join our growing team in Charleston. This hands-on position supports a variety of construction and maintenance projects, including assisting with plumbing-related tasks, transporting materials, and helping keep job sites organized and running smoothly. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have some hands-on experience, and are ready to contribute to a hardworking, supportive team. Key Responsibilities Assist with general labor and construction site tasks. Support plumbing installation and repairs under supervision. Load, transport, and unload materials using company vehicles. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site. Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team. Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Prior plumbing or construction experience preferred but not required. Ability to work MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM (some flexibility for travel). Willingness to complete a short, 1-week trial period.
