Every 3rd cup of yogurt worldwide contains fruit from Agrana! The Accounts Payable Specialist supports the plant with specific focus in the areas of accounts payable and material planning. Key AccountabilitiesManage Accounts Payable tasksPlant budgeting processManage Purchase Order (PO) processResponsible for management of plant suppliesMonitoring and researching pricing for all non-raw material supplies and services to recommend the best pricingGenerate and distribute reportsMaintain appropriate levels of raw materialsCoordinate physical inventories and daily cycle countsPerform material transactions to maintain inventory accuracyMonitor sales orders and schedule attainment daily to adjust the schedule as neededCommunicate schedule and schedule changes effectively Required Skills: Education / Training: HS Diploma required2-4 years prior administrative experience requiredStrong experience with Microsoft Office SuiteSAP/ERP experience is a plusCommunication and Interpersonal Skills:Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information in scope of role.Ability to work in fast paced and challenging environment.
