Responsibilities include managing daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments via CRM, organizing and maintaining files, preparing reports, and coordinating internal and external communications. The role also involves handling phone and front-desk duties courteously and efficiently, supporting executives with administrative functions, and ensuring a seamless office workflow.QualificationsStrong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage files, schedules, and daily office operations effectively.Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication to handle calls professionally and manage internal/external interactions.Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to provide direct support to leadership and handle sensitive information with discretion.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent time-management abilities.Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar platforms.High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in office administration are a plus.Ability to work reliably in an on-site environment in Brick, NJ.Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent problem-solving skills.
