Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Microsoft FabricData Architect to help design and build a unified reporting and analytics foundation across our Direct and Digital businesses. This role will play a critical part in transforming disparate data sources into a scalable, consistent data model that supports reporting, insights, and decision-making across the division. Your Responsibilities: Design and architect end-to-end analytics and reporting solutions across multiple businesses with different ERP systems and data modelsPartner with sales, product, finance, and executive stakeholders to understand reporting needs and guide them toward meaningful, actionable insightsEvaluate incoming reporting requests, clarify requirements, and help stakeholders understand what constitutes effective versus ineffective reportingCollaborate closely with centralized Taylor data teams and individual business units to integrate data into a shared Microsoft Fabric environmentLead data modeling efforts to transform and structure data into a unified, scalable architecture that supports Power BI reportingServe as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical leaders by clearly explaining data concepts, limitations, and opportunitiesSupport the long-term vision of building an enterprise-level reporting structure that can scale across the divisionYou Must Have: 3+ years of hands-on experience working withMicrosoft Fabric, including data ingestion, transformation, and data warehousing concepts5+ years of experience indata modeling, including designing andmaintainingscalable data architectures3+ years of experience building and supporting reports and dashboards inPower BIExperience working with multiple, disparate data sources and transforming them into a single,consolidateddata modelStrong ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business leadersProven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving IT, data, and business teamsWe Would Also Prefer: ExperienceleveragingAI capabilities within reporting,including AI features in Power BI or related analytics toolsPrior experience building reporting or analytics foundations in a multi-business or shared-services environmentExposure to data lake and modern data warehouse architecturesAbout Taylor Corporation One of the largest print and communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services and technologies that address the toughest business challenges.
