Traveling Superintendent - IMMEDIATE NEEDCommercial Construction | Texas & Neighboring States$100k base + $6000 Auto + $6000 per diem + Health Insurance + Bonus ($120k-$125k package)An commercial general contractor is looking to hire a Travelling Superintendent to support ground-up convenience store and commercial construction projects ranging from $1M - $10M across Texas and neighboring states.This is an immediate need for someone who is comfortable traveling and managing projects from start to finish in fast-paced environments.Requirements:• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects• Experience with convenience stores, retail, or similar commercial builds preferred• Willingness to travel throughout Texas and surrounding states• Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site management experienceCompensation & Benefits:• $115K total package including base salary, truck allowance, and per diem• Health insurance provided• Lodging covered by the companyImmediate interview availability for qualified candidates.
