Job Description Direct Counsel is partnering with an AmLaw 10 law firm to identify a talented Investment Funds Associate (3–6 years of experience) to join its Investment Funds Group in Chicago.This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated fund formation and investment management matters within one of the most prominent investment funds practices in the market.
