This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression. Complete guests check in and check out procedures accurately and efficiently. Verify guest information, assign rooms, and issue room keys. Handle reservation, modifications, and cancellations using the property management system. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in person or over the phone. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, dining options, and local attraction. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met. Process payments, post charges, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
