Associate Attorney

OverviewHall Law, P.A., a premier plaintiffs’ personal injury law practice with offices in Edina and St. Cloud, is looking for an associate attorney with 1-10 years’ relevant experience to join its practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong research and writing skills, be highly motivated, and have litigation experience. As an integral part of our firm, you will support senior attorneys in delivering exceptional legal services to clients while developing your expertise across all areas of personal injury law.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy development.Draft legal documents including pleadings, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity.Manage and negotiate cases.Participate in all stages of the litigation process, including depositions, hearings, and trialsReview and analyze legal issues.Participate in client consultations to gather information and provide updates.Maintain familiarity with current laws and regulations through ongoing research to ensure compliance and strategic advantage.ExperienceJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission (or pending application) to the state bar is required.Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents.Litigation experience preferred; trial experience is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
