There are no overnight shifts or Sunday hours. In this role, you will deliver a personalized client and patient experience while practicing high-quality medicine in a collaborative, ethics-driven environment. The ideal candidate is an animal advocate who communicates clearly, exercises strong clinical judgment, and builds lasting trust with pet owners. You must be compassionate, team-oriented, and enjoy continuous learning. This is a great opportunity to join a non-corporate practice where pets are prioritized over profit, with access to modern equipment and technology, structured mentorship, and strong support for ongoing clinical growth.Top-Notch Mentorship Program: This position provides new Veterinarians with exceptional support through a structured, 6-month 1-on-1 mentorship program, along with future access to advanced surgical mentorship opportunities.Associate Veterinarian (Entry-Level) Responsibilities• Examine, diagnose, and treat canine and feline patients• Advise pet owners on general care, nutrition, and preventive health• Manage sensitive or difficult client conversations with compassion• Operate diagnostic equipment and accurately interpret the results• Educate owners about the benefits of spaying and neutering• Ensure adherence to veterinary standards, ethics, and clinic policies• Prevent rabies, brucellosis, and other disorders by testing and providing inoculations• Complete all required medical records and documentation• Collaborate with technicians to optimize workflow• Report communicable diseases to public health authorities as requiredAssociate Veterinarian (Entry-Level) Qualifications• DVM/VMD from an accredited program is required (or upcoming DVM/VMD)• North American Veterinary License required (or soon to earn, if finishing Veterinary school)
