The only thing missing is you!Plans and leads activities and events for residents in skilled nursing facilities. They assist residents to and from the activities and events and during the event in such a manner that the resident is engaged to the fullest extent they desire. They work one-on-one with residents and their families to complete Life Enrichment assessments to plan for and provide the highest practicable level of psychosocial well-being - especially as it relates to social and recreational needs.Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System's organization policies and procedures.Education/License/Experience Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent, required.Valid Montana Driver's LicenseCNA Certification required or obtained within 3 months of employment.CNA Experience preferred.3 to 5 years' experience as an Activities Aide or Social Services Designee in Long Term Care, preferred.
