Role Description We are looking for an experienced End User Computing Architect for a full-time, on-site role based in Warrendale, PA. The End User Computing Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-user computing environments. Primary responsibilities include creating scalable desktop solutions, configuring systems for optimal user performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. This role will involve close collaboration with IT teams to deploy and maintain technology tools and systems, as well as providing expert guidance on end-user computing best practices. Qualifications Experience in End-User Computing Architecture, system design, and implementationProficiency with desktop virtualization technologies and software management toolsKnowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and device managementStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues effectivelyAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearlyPrevious experience in an on-site IT infrastructure or end-user computing role is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
