Senior SQL Developer

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies, including T-SQL, SSIS, stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, and indexing strategies• Experience in Automotive Finance industry preferred• Strong understanding of auto finance lifecycle (loan origination, servicing, collections, accounting, end-of-term processing, and regulatory processes)• Familiarity with test practices and deliverables for unit testing• Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment• Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across business and technical teams• Ability to handle high-pressure production incidents and drive resolution to closure• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy, auditability, and documentation• Knowledge of Salesforce Service & Marketing cloud platform is preferred• Experience in working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps) and CI/CD pipelines• Experience with data modeling (OLTP and Data Warehouse concepts)Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)• 7–10+ years of experience in SQL development and database engineering• Proven experience working in large-scale, high-volume transactional systemsRequired Skills:• 10+ years of hands-on SQL development experience in enterprise environments• Strong expertise in T-SQL programming and performance tuning• Experience supporting production systems with SLA-driven support models• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
