IT Project Manager – Contact Center & CRM Systems (Genesys)
Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager Contractor to support a project team. The candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocationLead project execution and ensure timely delivery within scope and budgetCoordinate cross-functional meetings and maintain stakeholder alignmentIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependenciesMonitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersEnsure adherence to project governance and delivery standardsRequired Skills6–9+ years of IT Project Management experienceStrong experience in Contact Center platforms such as Genesys Cloud mandatoryProven experience managing enterprise CRM or customer service systemsStrong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and Waterfall methodologiesExperience managing cross-functional and global teamsStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with Salesforce Service CloudExperience with SAP C4C
