Administrative Services Coordinator The Administrative Services Coordinator supports the efficient day-to-day operations of the office by providing administrative, logistical, and front-facing support. This role ensures a welcoming and well-organized workplace by coordinating office services, assisting visitors, managing supplies and deliveries, supporting travel arrangements, and handling general administrative tasks. The position plays a key role in maintaining a professional and smooth office environment for employees, leadership, and visitors.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with the daily operations of the office to ensure a smooth, organized, and efficient workplaceGreet and assist visitors, manage sign-in processes, and coordinate visitor accessCreate and distribute visitor and employee badges as neededOrder, stock, and maintain office supplies; monitor inventory levels and place replenishment ordersCoordinate lunch orders and refreshments for meetings, trainings, and company eventsAssist with basic travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation as requestedAccept, route, and track deliveries and packages from vendors and carriersSort, distribute, and deliver incoming and internal mailSupport meeting logistics, including room setup and coordination as neededServe as a point of contact for office-related inquiries and administrative supportMaintain orderly common areas and assist with general office organizationPartner with internal teams such as HR, Facilities, or Operations to support administrative needsPerform other administrative or clerical duties as assignedQualifications:Associate's degree or additional administrative training5+ years of experience in an administrative, office support, or customer-facing roleStrong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detailProfessional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsEffective verbal and written communication skillsExperience supporting office operations in a corporate or professional environmentFamiliarity with travel booking tools and office procurement processesExperience working with visitors, vendors, or delivery servicesPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the office during the workdayAbility to lift and carry office supplies or packages up to [e.g., 25 pounds]Ability to operate standard office equipmentWork Environment:Typical office environment with frequent interaction with employees and visitorsMay require flexibility to support meetings, events, or special office activitiesEqual Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action at Nidec Nidec is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
