Company Description Forever Wildland Fest is a premier music event highlighting local and touring music acts to connect the beauty and importance of outdoor wilderness while making connections between that and punk/hardcore music. Based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, the festival brings together a community of adventure seekers, nature enthusiasts, and environmental advocates, and wildland firefighters. Our mission is to create impactful fun experience while giving back to the wildland fire through non-profits like Grassroots Wildland Firefighters. Through carefully curated partnerships and sponsorships, we aim to inspire others to cherish and protect nature, while throwing great shows. Role Description The Sponsorship Coordinator will focus on securing, managing, and nurturing sponsorship relationships for the Forever Wildland Fest. This full-time, on-site role in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area will involve identifying potential sponsors, creating sponsorship proposals, and coordinating agreements. The role also includes collaborating with the event planning team to ensure successful sponsor integration and delivering a positive event experience for sponsors. Additionally, the coordinator will track sponsorship deliverables, manage communication with partners, and ensure mutual value is achieved. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsExperience in Sponsorship management, including identifying, pitching to, and securing sponsorsEvent Planning and Event Management expertise to oversee sponsorship integration and ensure a seamless experienceExceptional organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
