Revenue Operations Analyst
Role SummaryWe are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the development of a custom business platform that integrates with multiple third-party applications and services. This role will be responsible for analyzing external systems, documenting business and technical requirements, and creating detailed integration specifications that enable efficient system implementation and AI-assisted development.The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors, ensuring integrations are accurately defined, documented, and aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document third-party systems, including business purpose, workflows, data flows, dependencies, and integration requirements.Develop detailed integration specifications covering data movement, synchronization requirements, field mappings, business rules, error handling, and exception management.Create and maintain source-to-target field mapping documentation, including data definitions, transformation logic, validation rules, and migration decisions.Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams.Collaborate with external vendors to obtain and validate API documentation, webhook specifications, integration requirements, and testing environments.Assist with configuration and validation of third-party applications to ensure successful integration with internal systems.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and validation of integrated business processes.Maintain centralized documentation and contribute to reusable integration standards, templates, and best practices.Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure successful delivery of integration initiatives.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Functional Analyst supporting CRM, ERP, or enterprise application environments.Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, or other enterprise business platforms from a functional or administrative perspective.Experience analyzing and documenting system integrations, including REST APIs, web services, webhooks, and data synchronization processes.Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and produce detailed functional and technical documentation.Experience creating field-level mapping documents, business process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience with integration platforms, middleware, or iPaaS solutions.Familiarity with quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, sales operations, or customer lifecycle processes.Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and mapping verification.Experience supporting AI-enabled development initiatives, automation projects, or emerging technology implementations.Understanding of data governance, system architecture, and enterprise integration best practices.Core CompetenciesBusiness Analysis & Requirements GatheringSystem Integration & Data MappingAPI & Webhook DocumentationProcess Analysis & ImprovementFunctional & Technical DocumentationUser Story Development & Acceptance CriteriaStakeholder ManagementUAT Planning & ExecutionVendor CoordinationData Validation & Quality AssuranceProblem Solving & Critical ThinkingCross-Functional Collaboration
