The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective delivery and ongoing support.Required Skills:12+ years of experience needed.Strong experience in Clarity PPM (project lifecycle, resource/capacity, financial & time management)Hands-on experience with Clarity configuration and customizationKnowledge of PPM integrations with third-party toolsExperience with SaaS/on-prem upgrades and migrationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in Agile/Hybrid environmentsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholdersPerform impact analysis on existing Clarity PPM implementationsConfigure Clarity PPM (object design, studio customization, workflows)Support integrations with tools like JIRA, SAP, ServiceNowManage change requests and release activitiesProvide L3 production support and resolve high-priority issuesFacilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testingConduct user training sessions as neededCollaborate with stakeholders during US business hours
