POSITION PURPOSEThe Recruiting team is responsible for meeting contract delivery obligations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by identifying, evaluating, and placing qualified talent across a diverse portfolio of roles. Recruiters serve as trusted advisors to both candidates and hiring managers, delivering high-quality, compliant, and client-ready submissions while maintaining exceptional customer service.This role reports to the Recruiting Manager and operates in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment supporting multiple industries and job families.Hybrid Preferred/ 100% Remote (subject to company approval)WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING• Recruit across a broad range of professional, technical, and operational roles based on business needs• Pivot quickly across job families and industries as priorities shift• Match the right candidates to the right roles through detailed qualification, screening, and fit assessment• Evaluate candidates beyond the resume, identifying strengths, gaps, and overall alignment to client expectations• Deliver high-quality, client-ready submittals that translate candidate experience into concise, high-impact summaries• Operate within VMS and ATS platforms (e.g., JobDiva, Beeline), managing multiple requisitions while meeting SLAs• Maintain relationships with active contractors, including check-ins, issue resolution, and referral generation• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, job postings, referrals, and outreach• Document all recruiting activity accurately within the applicant tracking system• Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve speed, consistency, and submission quality• Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws, client requirements, and internal processesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR• Proven success recruiting technical, professional, and/or high-volume roles• Ability to quickly ramp across multiple industries and job categories• Strong screening and evaluation skills, with the ability to assess real fit versus resume match• Proven ability to present candidates in a client-facing format aligned to hiring manager expectations• Experience working in fast-paced, SLA-driven recruiting environments• Strong judgment — knowing when to submit, when to hold, and when to advise• Comfort using (or learning) AI tools to improve recruiting speed and quality• High ownership mindset — accountability for requisitions and resultsPREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE• Experience recruiting within aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries• Exposure to clearance-driven or public sector recruiting environments• Working knowledge of technical or engineering disciplines• Familiarity with engineering tools or frameworks• Understanding of government or compliance-driven hiring processesESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES• Exceptional customer service and professional communication• Strong interviewing, listening, and candidate evaluation skills• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members• Sound decision-making in time-sensitive, high-pressure environments• Strong organization and documentation skills• Results-driven mindset with accountability for outcomesIDEAL FIT• Can quickly identify gaps in a resume• Learns new roles, industries, and requirements quickly• Takes ownership of requisitions without waiting for direction• Thrives in high-accountability, high-output environments• Values quality submissions over volumeEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)• Prior recruiting, staffing, or recruiting coordination experience preferred• Experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting environments strongly preferred• ATS and VMS experience (JobDiva, Beeline, or similar) preferredAbility to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical Screenings (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.Medical, dental, vision, ancillary coverage and 401k benefits are available.
