As a CSP Service Manager, you will assume a pivotal role within one of our service departments, serving as a primary liaison with our charter school clients and embodying our company's core values. This position requires expertise in both customer relationship management and operational execution, necessitating the ability to connect client needs with the proficiencies of our team. CSP endeavors to provide North Carolina Charter Schools with security and peace of mind by delivering our promise of exceptional operational support to school administrators and boards. Note: In-person training is required for the initial 3 months.
