SRE Architect

ResponsibilitiesLead and guide Solution Architects in delivering enterprise voice, biometric, and analytics solutions.Provide architecture and roadmap guidance across internal divisions and organizations.Architect technical solutions that address business challenges and achieve ROI goals.Manage the infrastructure architecture and design throughout the deployment lifecycle.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather technical requirements and resolve issues.Develop and document technical requirements and solutions architecture for voice/mobile solutions.Act as the technical liaison for Cloud Engineering Services in client and Sales team engagements.Support Project Management in achieving objectives, schedules, and deliverables.Plan and design data/voice connectivity for projects, ensuring compliance with deployment guidelines.Ensure the integrity of the Voice platform's architecture, interfaces, and supporting databases.Design automation improvements, CI/CD pipelines, and enhance system reliability.Provide Tier-3 support and manage support schedules for technical teams.Ensure compliance with security standards (PCI, ISO27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).Promote operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, and cost optimization.QualificationsAt least 10 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or equivalent role.Knowledge of voice and digital engagement platforms and applications.Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and cloud-native solutions.Proficiency in telephony, SIP-based applications, and Erlang-based traffic engineering.Experience with database subsystems like Oracle, reporting, data warehousing, and disaster recovery.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with IVR, CTI, SS7, SIP, RTP, Cisco technologies, and high availability design.Excellent experience with Linux internals, scripting, and knowledge of Python, Go, or any OO language.J-18808-Ljbffr
