This role offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a fast-paced hospital environment focused on safety, teamwork, and clinical excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform pre-anesthesia patient assessments and evaluationsAdminister intravenous, spinal, regional, and general anesthesiaMonitor patient vital signs and physiological responses during proceduresCollaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams to develop care plansRespond to emergent patient needs and provide appropriate interventionsSupport post-anesthesia recovery and safe patient transitionsMaintain thorough and accurate clinical documentationPerform procedures outside of the OR including intubation and arterial line placementQualificationsRequired:Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing programGraduate of an accredited School of AnesthesiaActive California RN LicenseCalifornia CRNA CertificationBLS and ACLS certifications upon hireNational Provider Identifier (NPI)Preferred:Two years of OB experience or OB training as a new graduateStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentWork ScheduleFull-TimeVariable shiftsOnsite at Santa Rosa HospitalNo travel requiredKaiser Permanente is committed to advancing evidence-based care, fostering professional growth, and supporting clinicians who are passionate about improving patient outcomes every day.
