This role partners closely with hiring leaders and HR to shape talent strategy, enhance candidate experience, and support workforce planning initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer across assigned functionsPartner with hiring managers and HR to define talent needs and develop targeted hiring strategiesBuild and execute proactive sourcing strategies to develop strong, diverse talent pipelinesConduct intake sessions and translate business goals into actionable recruiting plansAssess candidates through structured interviews and selection methodologiesDeliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring processTrack and manage pipeline activity within the applicant tracking systemProvide insights on market trends, pipeline health, and hiring progress to stakeholdersEnsure compliance with employment laws and alignment with company values and hiring standardsQualifications3–5 years of experience recruiting for corporate or professional rolesProven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environmentStrong sourcing and pipelining capabilities across multiple channelsEffective interviewing and candidate evaluation skillsWorking knowledge of employment laws and compliance standardsExperience with applicant tracking systemsStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence and advise hiring leaders
