The role involves originating loans, working closely with clients to assess their financial situations, and guiding them through the mortgage application process. Daily tasks include evaluating loan applications, educating borrowers on available loan options, preparing necessary documentation, and collaborating with underwriting and finance teams to successfully close loans. The role also requires maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations while providing exceptional customer service.QualificationsProven skills in Loan Origination and a thorough understanding of the processExperience in Mortgage Lending and Loans, with a strong understanding of mortgage programs and productsProficiency in Underwriting and Finance-related tasksExceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing financial informationAttention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyLicensure as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) in Michigan and/or Florida requiredPrior experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
