Many of our projects have been recognized for design excellence and for enriching the human experience.We work in person, side by side, because design is a dialogue—and the studio is our shared classroom, workshop, and laboratory.Intermediate Architect (Design + Coordination)New York City | In-StudioPosition OverviewS9 is seeking an Intermediate Architect to contribute to the design and delivery of complex urban projects while growing into increasing levels of responsibility within the studio.This role is structured for architects with 5–8 years of experience who are ready to move from strong execution into active project ownership. You will work closely with Project Architects, Design Principals, and consultant teams to develop design ideas, coordinate technical systems, and translate design intent into built work.You will be part of S9’s open studio environment, where collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning shape how we work.
