We are hiring for all shifts, with a rotation that includes weekends, to ensure comprehensive care coverage.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct personal care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobilityMonitor and document residents health status and report any changes to nursing staffAssist with medication reminders and ensure residents safety and comfortSupport residents in engaging in social and recreational activitiesMaintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment in accordance with facility policies and regulationsCollaborate with team members to deliver high-quality resident careSkills and Qualifications:Valid CNA certification in the state of FloridaPrior experience in a senior care or healthcare setting preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residentsAbility to work effectively in a team and handle multiple responsibilitiesFlexibility to work all shifts, including weekends, with a rotation scheduleAt Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay, we pride ourselves on fostering a positive, growth-oriented culture that values our staff and residents alike.
