Del Monte Foods in Plover, Wisconsin is hiring Seasonal General Production Workers to support our annual vegetable pack season. Seasonal employment typically begins in June and may continue through October with opportunities for extended work through late November/early December based on operational needs and employee performance.Seasonal employees may work in a variety of production, canning, warehouse, sorting, sanitation, cleanup, or packaging support roles throughout the facility. Assignments are determined based on operational needs, training, and employee qualifications.Schedules may include day or night shift assignments, overtime, weekends, and shifts up to 12 hours per day during peak production periods.Del Monte Foods en Plover, Wisconsin está contratando Trabajadores Generales de Producción Temporales para apoyar nuestra temporada anual de empaque. Durante la temporada alta, puede ser necesario trabajar horarios flexibles, tiempo extra y fines de semana.Accountabilities:Key Responsibilities for General Production Grade 1 RolesEmployees may perform duties in one or more operational areas, including:Inspect, sort, and remove defective or foreign material from raw or finished productSupport canning and packaging operations by monitoring line flow and product qualitySupply materials such as lids, jars, or packaging components to production linesMaintain clean work areas, platforms, equipment, and walkwaysAssist with sanitation and cleanup throughout production and warehouse areasOperate assigned production equipment or assist equipment operatorsMonitor conveyors and production lines for jams, defects, or equipment concernsHandle product, packaging materials, or waste materials safely and efficientlyFollow all food safety, GMP, quality, and safety requirementsReport equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or product issues to leadershipAssist with additional operational duties as assignedTraining* On-the-job training is provided for all assigned work areas. Employees may be cross trained in multiple operational functions based on business needs.Seasonal IncentivesTo support employees during our peak pack season, Del Monte Foods offers select incentives for eligible seasonal workers.
