Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a driven, talented person to become part of the team. Project managers provide overall administrative, technical, and fiscal management on a construction project. Their job is to plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of the project from bid preparation through final acceptance by the client. Much of the work for our project managers requires proficiency with contracts, job costs, and computer spreadsheet and database software. Our teams are equipped with some of the most helpful construction technologies and support teams to achieve project success. We are looking for Project Managers to join our Albuquerque, Las Cruces, and Healthcare teams!
QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of commercial construction experience in construction project management or project engineering.
Bachelor-level degree with an emphasis in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods, applicable building and industry codes) as well as company policies, procedures, and standards.
Basic knowledge of construction contract law is required.
Willingness to attend safety meetings and receive required training.
Ability to work rapidly and accurately with plans and computers.
Ability to work varying hours as required, full-time or over-time, evenings or weekends.
Ability to work in a variety of environments that will include working outside in extreme weather conditions and noise levels.
Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills are essential.
Must have a working knowledge of Primavera/Sure Trak scheduling, Timberline Estimating/ Accounting, ProLog Manager, and Microsoft Office Suite.
