Job DescriptionJob Summary:Our client is local to Kansas City, MO and is a full-service architecture and engineering firm providing innovative design solutions for the real world; specializing in the Aviation, Commercial, Education, Government, Healthcare, and Industrial markets. The Project Manager is responsible for exercising independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques.Project Manager Experience:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required.8-12+ years of professional experience.Architectural license prefered.Client management experience required.Project leadership and management experience required.Revit knowledge beneficial.Project Manager Responsibilities:Meet Directly with the client to analyze goals and conceive and develop architectural solutions to those goals.Plan the project budget, milestones, and schedule and track project performance accordingly.Initiate and create schematic designs and plans with responsibility for the preparation of drawings.Coordinate workload through design development and construction document phases to complete documents on schedule.Direct and coordinate with the engineering disciplines and third-party equipment vendors, reviewing construction documents for area of conflict with all disciplines.Project Manager Compensation:Negotiable depending upon experience.Excellent benefits package (401k, Health, Dental, profit sharing, employee stock ownership).For more information or to be considered for this opportunity, please apply or reach out directly to Zach Huisken at zach.huisken@gogpac.com
