Sales Development Representative - Series B -SF

We're a fast-growing AI recruiting marketplace 8x revenue growth last year and we're looking for our next SDR to help us scale. You'll be an early business hire working directly with AEs and the VP of Sales, running outbound prospecting and helping build the SDR playbook from scratch. Ground-floor opportunity with a clear path to AE. What you'll do Drive outbound via cold calls, email, and creative outreach Identify and engage hiring leaders across engineering, AI/ML, and GTM Build and refine the outbound playbook Collaborate with AEs to convert pipeline to closed revenue What we're looking for 13 years outbound SDR/BDR experience at early-stage startups (SeedSeries A) Proven cold outbound pipeline generation via calls and email this is not an inbound role Experience selling recruiting, HR tech, or marketplace products a strong plus Proficient with Outreach, Apollo, Salesforce or similar High-energy, fast communicator with low ego and a scrappy mindset Involvement in entrepreneurship, VC fellowships, or startup clubs a bonus Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco Must have existing US work authorisation no visa sponsorship available This is NOT the role for you if: Your experience is mainly inbound or at large enterprise companies You need a slow-paced, structured environment to thrive Why join Backed by top-tier investors Unlimited PTO, full food + transport, gym, premium healthcare Global offsites Real equity
