Technical Recruiter

Job Description Tensley Consulting is seeking a Mid Level Technical Recruiter with prior experience recruiting in the cleared space, specifically supporting TS/SCI with polygraph candidates as well as commercial. This role requires hands-on experience working cleared and commercial technical positions, supporting proposal recruiting, and using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines. This is a 4 day/week in-office position. Education/Experience: 4–6 years of recruiting experience in the cleared GovCon or Intelligence Community space. Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources field preferred. Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position but is not guaranteed. Salary is based on experience, location and contractual requirements which could fall outside of the range listed. , Required Skills - Experience recruiting and engaging in the full life-cycle recruiting process with cleared candidates - Familiarity with proposal recruiting and short-turn recruiting efforts - Working knowledge of ATS systems and recruiting workflows, AgileATS preferred - Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills. - Foundation in recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. , About Tensley Consulting, Inc.
