The Office Administrator is the backbone of this mission, ensuring that our operations, caregivers, and clients are perfectly synced.Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)Home Care Scheduling: Manage daily caregiver schedules to ensure 100% coverage and high client satisfaction.Administrative Operations: Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems, manage office supplies, and handle high-volume phone inquiries.HR & Compliance: Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing of caregivers in accordance with Georgia state regulations.Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for families and healthcare professionals, providing information on our home care services.Payroll & Billing Support: Validate caregiver time logs and assist with client invoicing tasks.Qualifications (Requirements)Experience: Minimum 2 years of Administrative Assistant or Office Management experience (Medical or Home Care office experience strongly preferred).Skills: Expert-level organization and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
