We are building a structured, high accountability finance and operations team and are looking for a detail oriented AR & Billing Specialist to protect and strengthen our revenue cycle.Position OverviewThe AR & Billing Specialist owns the invoice-to-cash cycle at ATC, handling daily billing operations from invoice generation through collections. This role directly supports the Controller by managing accounts receivable and customer billing inquiries with speed and accuracy.You will work closely with the Controller and operations teams to ensure billing accuracy, timely collections, and healthy cash flow.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate daily invoices accurately and on timeHandle customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptlyExecute collections follow-up on outstanding accountsManage and maintain aging reports, escalating overdue accounts as neededOwn the complete invoice-to-cash cycle end to endMonitor AR status and flag cash flow risks to the ControllerSupport month-end close with accurate and complete AR dataWhat Success Looks LikeDSO (Days Sales Outstanding) trending consistently downwardInvoice accuracy rate maintained at 98% or aboveMajority of AR balance current, with aging buckets actively managedQualifications1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or billingProficiency in QuickBooks Online for invoicing, payment tracking, and AR managementStrong Excel skills for reporting and aging analysisProfessional and effective collections communicationHigh attention to detail and accuracyComfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
