Compensation: $84,000 Base Salary + Aggressive Uncapped Commission (75% upfront + residuals)About the Opportunity We are partnering with a highly established, fast-growing Automotive Digital Advertising Agency (DealerCMO) that has been driving real, measurable results for over 15 years. Unlike typical agencies that merely resell third-party platforms, this firm has built a unique, proprietary in-house product suite spanning SEO, SEM, Programmatic display, and an exclusive SaaS platform.The Role We are seeking a highly driven Automotive Advertising Sales Consultant to take ownership of their local regional market.To be clear: this is not a grueling "road warrior" position requiring nationwide travel or endless nights in hotels. You will focus entirely on your local market (and potentially outside). While we don't have strict minimum commute mandates, we know that the most successful reps in this industry are the ones who aren't afraid to walk onto the showroom floor, bypass the gatekeeper, and pitch directly to decision-makers in person.You will be responsible for targeting new car franchises and individual dealership rooftops, auditing their current digital presence, and pitching comprehensive, data-backed ad strategies.What You Will Do:Hunt & Pitch: Prospect via high-volume cold calling, strategic social media outreach, and highly effective in-person dealership drop-ins to secure meetings with Dealer Principals and General Managers.Consultative Selling: Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to educate customers on industry trends, audit their current websites and ad spend, and deliver custom presentations.Technical Analysis: Analyze current dealership marketing strategies (Paid Search, SEO, Programmatic) and recommend in-house solutions that solve specific pain points.Pipeline Management: Balance a daily workflow of prospecting, responding to leads, scheduling, and conducting appointments using modern CRM tools.Relationship Building: Develop and foster long-term, trusted advisory relationships with clients to drive retention and monthly residual growth.What We Are Looking For:The Experience: 3+ solid years of proven success selling digital advertising directly to automotive dealerships.The "Book": A massive plus if you have an active book of business or highly established relationships with Dealer Principals and GMs that you can bring to the table.The Target: Direct experience selling into retail-level (Tier 3) New Car Dealers and Franchises (not OEM)The Mentality: You possess a highly organized, self-starter mentality.
