Program Manager

Overview In this role you will lead the operational launch of new insurance ventures (including MGAs, programs and divisions) from concept through readiness to launch. You will work within an Integration Management Office environment to coordinate people, processes, systems, controls, and infrastructure for stand-up. You will drive cross-functional execution across finance, legal, IT, underwriting, claims, and more to establish the target operating model and essential capabilities. This position offers impact by shaping launches, stabilizing post-launch operations, and contributing to repeatable playbooks.
